I grew up in California where I got my bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from UCI. In my early career, I did administrative support at both corporate and start up offices.

I eventually took a leap of faith and quit my steady 9-5 to go back to my true passion — creating. That’s how Coco & Courage began. Starting over was the perfect place to learn the things that interest me and helped me figure out the kind of artist I wanted to be. It was a scary and exciting time where I started to experiment with digital drawing and art again, which led me to the wonderful world of Illustrator where I began my career as a Graphic Designer.

On top of my design work, I use a lot of my more free energy into making vinyl decals that I sell on my online Etsy store. I also love getting lost in DIY and renovation projects. My most recent venture took me down 6 long months of rebuilding a pop-up camper from the ground up. Creating serves something for me, as an emotional and artistically-driven person. Art has always been a huge part of my life, and now that I am raising a little human I hope to also share that with with him.
